What is the Sammy Wilkinson Memorial World Fund?
The Sammy Wilkinson Memorial World Fund (SWMWF) was created as part of the National Alliance For Youth Sports' worldwide initiative to lend a hand to countries around the world that are unable to provide quality sports programs for children.

This fund makes a tremendous difference in the lives of underserved children by providing financial support to the following programs:

Game On! Youth Sports
The Game On! Youth Sports mission is to give kids in under-developed regions of the world the facilities and programs needed to play sports. It creates opportunities for children worldwide to participate in healthy physical activities that otherwise wouldn't have the chance to do so. A unique aspect of Game On! Youth Sports is that it also provides specialized training for parents and administrators. The programs initiated by Game On! Youth Sports bring to life the very lifestyle that Sammy Wilkinson demonstrated in his love for sports.
Specifically, funds will be used for shipping donated and purchased equipment, transportation for children and for the training of volunteers and administrators.

Global Gear Drive
There are many children around the world who wish to take part in quality sports activities, but currently are unable to do so due to shortages of equipment. This program puts sports equipment in the hands of these children by collecting new and used donated equipment and distributes it to impoverished regions of the world. The Sammy Wilkinson Memorial World Fund makes it possible to ship this donated and purchased equipment.

Donations are tax deductible.
Since the National Alliance for Youth Sports is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, all funds donated are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Individuals can make contributions of any amount. Every dollar raised will make a significant difference in the lives of underprivileged children worldwide.
