NEW "Start Smart All-Star Program" for 2009

Organizations that run FIVE of the SIX Start Smart Programs in 2009 will earn "All-Star" status. This "All-Star" program will run the same way as the previous All-Star certificate program, but we will now be naming organizations "All-Stars" who run five of the six Start Smart programs in the calendar year, as we feel this is a tremendous accomplishment.

Please complete the program survey below, as that is how we keep track of your programs throughout the year. We will send you NEW certificates for each of the sports that you run in 2009, and will name your organization an "All-Star" Program when you run five of the six!
