Powerful Promotion: Keys to a Successful NEW Program Launch

There is no doubt that the key to a successful program launch lies in marketing efforts and implementing the right tactics for promoting that much desired growth and success.

At our upcoming 21^st annual Youth Sports Congress in Orlando, Fla., on Nov. 16-19, Marisa Hoff will present a session on Powerful Promotion: Keys to a Successful NEW Program Launch.

Hoff is the Director of Operations specializing in employee engagement at The Empower Group, a consulting firm in California.

During her session attendees will learn how to:

•?Determine why marketing is a key component to programming success. 

•?Gain an understanding of effective marketing strategies by using a variety of mediums with real-world examples of program launches. 

•?Review tangible tips and tools for implementing a strategic programming launch. 

Hoff’s love for youth sports was triggered while she was an elementary school teacher. She served as the General Manager of Stevenson Fitness, an independent club near Los Angeles, and is an Ambassador for the Women in Fitness Association. She holds a master’s degree in Education and has been an international presenter at conferences, including IHRSA, Athletic Business, and Retention Convention Beijing.

The Youth Sports Congress is a comprehensive educational experience designed specifically for youth sports administrators. The training allows attendees to participate in the Youth Sports Congress, the Athletic Business Show, and to maintain or earn their Certified Youth Sports Administrator credential, all at one location.
