Site Coordinator

The Hook A Kid On Golf Site Coordinator is the primary point of contact for the Hook A Kid On Golf National Office.  The Site Coordinator has many responsibilities in terms of setting up the program, the actual implementation of the program and then the follow-up.  The Site Coordinator is extremely important and typically very instrumental in the success of your Hook A Kid On Golf program.

All of the responsibilities of the Hook A Kid On Golf Site Coordinator are outlined in detail in our Program Manual.  The Site Coordinator will need to oversee the following program details:

  • Establish a location for your program
  • Recruit instructors
  • Select program date(s)
  • Recruit sponsors/fundraise
  • Recruit volunteers
  • Register participants
  • Order supplies
  • Submit paperwork to National Office

All Site Coordinators will need to submit an online Confirmed Site Report. You may also download and fax the Confirmed Site Report into our office at 561-712-9887.
